Trainee Mobile DVR Technician – Full Time 40 hours per week
Location: Altham
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum Salary Negotiable based on experience.
We have an excellent opportunity on a full time basis for someone to assist in supporting the day to day business activities of Contel from our Altham office.
This role will require excellent people skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and good ICT skills. You must have a keen eye for detail, be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information and work on your own initiative.
Key responsibilities:
- Configuring Digital Video Recorders and Telematic Solutions – No experience required, full training provided
- Keep information on databases updated
- Set up Client User logins via an online portal and activation/allocation of data SIM cards
- Carrying out stock counts and distributing stock to Clients and Engineers
- Any Ad hoc activities when requested by the management team
Key Skills:
- Must show initiative, organisation and manage own workload
- A flexible can-do attitude and professional
- Attention to detail is essential
- A good understanding of Excel Spreadsheets and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work under pressure and act decisively
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Ability to work with others to reach common goals collectively
- Proactive and the ability to plan ahead
